A question about : Using Roboform to fill in "No Thanks" boxes in Dailies
This is not as complicated to set up as it looks and should take no more than 5 mins tops.
This also works with the free version to a great degree and it's a real time saver if you do a lot of women's dailies. (The free version is limited to 3 custom entries but will fill 99%)
First, create a NEW IDENTITY, and where you would normally put your name type something like No Thanks. This name will appear as a new identity on Roboform toolbar.
(If you can't see it on the toolbar click on the Roboform icon & choose Customize Toolbar then Toolbar Options. You can then change the Number of My Identity Buttons that will appear on the toolbar.)
Apparently if you are using a MAC you need to hover over the single identity on the toolbar which then shows all other identities.
Hover your mouse over the No Thanks Identity on the toolbar and click the Edit button then go to the Custom tab.
Your Custom fields should look like this when you've finished. If it doesn't then read through the instructions again to see where you went wrong.
Custom Entry A
In the first available Field Name (A1) type No (without quotes).
In the Field Value (A2) type *
In the Other Match Strings (A3) copy and paste the following list - all on separate lines.

Quick question - for some reason it won't allow me to keep all of these commands on separate lines. Every time I save and exit, it puts them all back onto the same line. Any idea's how to fix this? - Just set this up, works well for me.Thank you.

While on we're the Roboform topic, can I just ask is there any way to have more than two identities on the toolbar? - In the roboform drop down menu select Customize Toolbar then Toolbar options then change the Number of my Identities buttons.
- Great find, looks like a great way to save more time.
Firstly, when I set my ID up as a 'No Thanks' it was making that my name, and ticking the boxes, not a biggie as I just edited my contact details on that one, and deleted the name (Default option made the name the name of the Identity)
Currently testing it out as some fields added to my normal ID instead (Ignored the replace bit when using as it's filling my name in)
Also already added a couple of auto ticks...
Added 'i accept' and 'terms and conditions'
To auto tick them
Maybe worth others mentioning any additions that are regular options to add them here? - Be careful adding extras. Make sure you want it to always apply.
By the way - in the original post, the top two custom fields refer to the square shaped tick boxes and the long list refers to the round radio buttons.
Doesn't work for all sites so be careful - check first.

- In the original post the sections that fill in the "not interested" tick boxes are the following....
"In the first available Field Name (A1) type "No" (without quotes). In the Field Value (A2) type "*" and in the Other Match Strings (A3) type "No Thanks" and "Not Interested" (on separate lines)
Repeat the same for the next custom entry (B) but instead of a "*" type "X"
