A question about : TSB debit and credit card overseas
Hi,
Using MSE's travel money converter Ive found the best place for me (based on convenience and exchange rates) to buy some euros before I go abroad. However, once Im out there - and should I need any extra cash - whats the best thing I can do? I have a TSB debit card and credit card. Is it best for me to use my TSB debit card?
Im going to Spain for a week, and only looking to spend about 250 euros (which Ill take out with me). Convenience/ease is important to me, so Im not interested in signing up for specialist cheap travel credit cards or anything - so Im not the staunchest of Money Savers! However, I also dont want to pay on credit card when Im out there if debit card is the best way. I suppose what Im asking is: whats the best way I can buy euros given that I have a TSB debit card and credit card!
Many thanks
