A question about : Too good to be true!
Lost Ј1311 on dollar deal to be delivered 08/10/2010
Urge our expert to look at the sudden change in Crown Currency's approach in late summer to SHORTER deals offering more and more unbelievable rates. Does this indicate panic measures to deal with a big short term cashflow problem?
Also would like him to investigate why clients' money was not placed in a ring fenced account.
Thank you MSE for arranging this.
Perhaps in future MSE would redouble efforts to pick up on any negative feedback, both inside and outside the world of finance, on firms it places in its top picks?
Best answers:
- the rates where unbelievable because there was no money to back it up I think this is fraud.I lost Ј600
- The group at facebook is counting up the orders for one of these 'cancelled contracts'. It has already totalled more sales than the supposed cancelled contract total so some orders should have been refused once the total was sold.
It is my undertstanding this could possibly be a fraudulent practice. As I am no lawyer, it is one for an expert's opinion.
