Cheap Theme Park Tickets & Vouchers list

Best answers:

  • If you go to:
    Ihatework.com
you can enter a competition to win Alton Towers tickets but also - THE BEST BIT
you can print off vouchers for Ј15 entry (some restrictions apply).
    Vouchers expire 2nd July 2004.
  • I know they are usually on cereal boxes & things. Thought I'd start a thread trying to find all the ones around at the moment.
I have seen Alton Towers ones on Kellogs Boxes.
    Anyone know of any others?
I'm looking for one for Thorpe Park.
    Thanks
    Sarah
  • the lastminute offer mentioned above is best, but the thorpe park tickets are only cheap until the end of july. you can also collect tokens from muller light mini corner yoghurts www.muller.co.uk/familydaysout, two tokens gets you a 2 for 1 at theme parks, or buy imperial leather for alton towers offers (but you don't know which offer you're getting, could be free child ticket or just Ј7 off). there's 20% off in the asda 'days out' magazine.
  • oh, i forgot. if you shop at tesco, you can send clubcard vouchers off for thorpe park tickets, it says allow 28 days but mine took less than a week. you send Ј6.25 in vouchers for each thorpe park ticket you want, so they work out at a quarter of the price!
tesco currently have a promotion on their electricals website, spend over Ј20 (you could buy an iron, hairdryer, ironing board, personal stereo, straightening irons, etc. quite cheaply) you get 1000 points. that's a tenner (1 and a half thorpe park tickets). i suppose you could order twice, and get enough points for three visits (or one annual pass!). if you don't have a clubcard but know somebody that does, get them to do it. it could take a while before you get the thorpe park tickets though, because the next clubcard mailing comes out in uagust, then the tickets have to be sent for.
  • Can anyone provide any assistance please. I am looking to take my 4 year old for a surprise break along with her mum. I am thinking some point early to mid August.
Moneys a bit tight budget about Ј150-200 max I am proabably looking at 2 nights with 1 day at park. Dont know if thats possible or not? Is 1 day going to get the best or should I really be looking at 2 days?
I am based in Glasgow so any help much appreciated.
  • There are a few 'free child entry' offers around for Legoland at the moment, plus Ј5 discounts off full price entry.
So your entrance fee for one day could be around Ј41.
You can try to find a nearby Travel Lodge such as Slough for Ј25 per room or Premier Lodge are doing similar deals for Ј22 per room.
    Good luck.
  • Spotted an ad in todays Sunday Express advertising 2 for 1 offer at Alton, Chessington and one more that I cant remember in tomorrows Daily Express.
  • I think the other one was Thorpe Park, I spotted the ad. too in today's Express. Worth a gander for anyone looking for promos for these theme parks.
  • oooh, thanks, i'll go and buy one :-)
can always find 'kids go free' offers but 2 for 1's that adults can use are harder to get hold of :-)
  • I think a day should be enough for the park if you have a 4 year old. Certainly it was for us.
  • I think this offer is running all week. Thanks for the tip as I would have missed it.
  • Before heading of anywhere take a look at all the vouchers on
    www.daysoutuk.com
    always loads on
  • Cheers for this, I would have missed it too if I hadn't read this.

  • they were half price vouchers - half price at alton towers is the best offer i've seen this year! kids go free ones today i think. if you've missed out on the half price ones ebay is flooded with them :-)
  • Tescos are offering Ј15 tickets x 2 for Alton Towers on the sticky labels of the 2 & 4 pints of milk - the only problem is where to keep them as they remain sticky!
  • Hi, I want to take nephews to Legoland as a treat next week. Anyone got any ideas where I can get reduced price tickets. They are 7 and 5 - is this a good age - they do love lego!
    Thanks
