  Just to let you all know, I have just spoken to a manager at Tesco Clubcard and he has confirmed that the cut off date for points being sent in the February mailings is Sunday 27 January 2008. All points after this date will be for the May mailings.
  I am same as most on here - NO CODES WORK FOR ME AT MO - and always have done in past. I have received the targetted "250 points on Ј50 spend" via email today and this works so I have placed an order using this - code posted many times before.
  I too have the "triple points thing" when I check out - I meant to ask the manager at clubcard what this was all about, but totally forgot - sorry!!!

• Can someone please explain what a clubcard plus is?
  Why do some of you have several club cards? Why not just use the one?

  I have just found out that if you buy your online groceries going through their site at pigsback.com you will earn 2 points per Ј1.00 spent...
  Meaning that you get 2p rewarded for each Ј1.00 spent!
  You must register with them ( It's easy ) then you can shop through their site to get the above.

  Not sure if this is common knowledge or if what I achieved was "allowed", strikes me as I might have got lucky with a helpful/naive callcentre girl.
  Phoned TCC the other day as found I had some vouchers that had expired (yes I really have been keeping them that long to wait for a good deal to spend them on!) and thought I might as well ask "if there was anything they could do". As it was nearly Ј15 worth, thought it was worth the ask.
  Well, she said "yes, no problem". Then I asked "I don't suppose there's any others on my account out of date that you could help me with are there?" and she found another Ј10 that I didn't even know about. So long story short: nearly Ј100 worth of CC deals coming my way in my next statement just for asking!

  First of all it wouldn't accept my card numbers as correct, 6 times I entered the correct number. Then it cleared my basket and I can't retrieve it!
  I have wasted 2 hours.
  Technical support were not helpful. Said it must be me.
  I use tesco online weekly and never had any problems.
  I could scream!

  If I was to use a 1000 points for Ј50 shop voucher that my sister has passed onto me, will I get the points or doesn she get them as she was sent it?
  I know there are also a few flying around on ebay at around Ј10 which if right would make a decent purchase but not if the points are credited elsewhere

• Sadly I have just placed my first online order with Asda, using a free delivery code on the ASDA thread.
  None of the Tesco codes work on my account and I get the feeling that there may be a block. I always relied on other people posting codes on this forum as have never had any codes emailed to me. Have set my account up to receive emails but still nothing comes through.
  I have nothing against Tesco as have always had a great service from them online - Courteous drivers, mistakes always corrected with minimal fuss and it saved me over an hour of my time shopping and petrol. Hopefully Asda will be as good and with free delivery I'm afraid Tesco have lost a customer !!
