Quick question, when grocery shopping on tesco site, if you don't meet the minimum spend because you've used clubcard vouchers, are you charged the Ј4 fee?

So for example, If you spend Ј30 and use Ј30 worth of clubcard vouchers, would you be charged Ј4 for not meeting the minimums spend?
