  I took the Tesco offer at Ј2 a month, with Ј35 Quidco cashback and paid the Ј40 surcharge for a 30 days rolling contract instead of 12 months.
  I can now say without a doubt Tesco Broadband is the worse internet broadband supplier I ever received service from.
  I was emailed with a confirmation that my speed would be between 16mb and 22mb.
  Two month later and dozens of complaints, my speed is between 2mb and 8mb.
  If I watch a youtube video, I can only have 480p and not 720 or 1080 quality. And any demanding task like youtube or downloading a Linux disk image will download at 1.5mb/s max, and completely screw up the line, meaning I can't even load google or any website while the download is progressing.
  Tesco Broadband as it is - is a scam! 1990s speeds! And I am in central London!!
  I think they are doing the bare minimum on purpose while saving money before letting TescoBB go and be absorbed by TalkTalk. And they do not care if customers are not being supplied with the advertised service in the process.
  This is day light robbery. Taking customer's money while not supplying the service.
  I hope Tesco supermarket go bust and that the brand disappears forever.
