A question about : TalkTalk nightmare

Have other people suffered the appalling customer service from TalkTalk? I have been trying since 5 January to get TT to fix my upgrade to Optic Fibre Medium (38Mbps). Speed has never been above 10. Have been trying to get it fixed since then. Although I have spoken to over 15 different people all I have had is a catalog of broken promises, arbitrary closing of the complaint and untruths. TT fault management have made numerous promises that Open Reach will be in contact. Still waiting! I am not sure that TT actually speak to Open Reach. Does anyone have a email address for TalkTalk head office, so I can send my log and get the speed I am promised and paying for?
