A question about : Sun holidays

Hi,

We booked a sun holiday last month for 6 people at a haven site.

Does it tell you at any stage before payment that you would only get a 2 bedroom for 6 people and you need to book 7 or 8 for a 3 bedroom.

Im wondering because ive just phoned to pay the balance and they said we only got a 2 bedroom, and got to pay another Ј22 for a 3rd bedroom.

She said it would of told us before we paid in the literature! If it does then thats fine...

• I don't recall ever seeing that mentioned and we're a family of six.
  We always presumed we'd get a 2 bed and feel it was.bonus to get a three bed.
  And we have been given a three bed on several occasions, couple of times when there was only five of us
• Yes, need to put in 7 people to guarantee a 3rd bedroom, as every caravan sleeps two in the lounge area.
  At Ј22 though, that's cheaper than adding a 7th person anyway?
• We would like to be guaranteed a 3-bedroomed accommodation
  We cannot guarantee this, however you may be able to upgrade your accommodation when you receive your confirmation from the holiday park. All upgrades are subject to availability.
