A question about : Suddenly cat refuses Felix AGAIL

Recently mum called me to say her little one was refusing to eat AGAIL although would eat her kibbles so she wasn't sure wether to be concerned (She's only been a cat servant for a year). I suggested that there was unlikely to be more than just a finicky cat issue since she was eating other food. Much to mums annoyance she went and got some other brand and this was scoffed without problems.

This week I had the same issue with our moggy so I called purina to see if the recipe had changed since I bulk buy and had 10 boxes in reserve (mum gave away 4).

Mystery solved, seems that the boxes mum and I had were made in france to cope with demand. Had to give the info on the bottom of the pouches. Whilst the recipe is the same, the suppliers are different as is the water and machinery. Some cats are so sensitive that they pick up on this difference and refuse to touch the french stuff lol.

Anyway the lovely lady at purina was most concerned and sent by spec d some vouchers to replace the food.

Really impressed with the customer service and the interest taken in my moggy and they really seem keen to get feedback.
So if your moggy (or dog perhaps) suddenly turns their nose up for no reason it's worth a call to customer services before trying to find an alternative to their favourite.
