Sky freesat

A question about : Sky freesat

Hi

I've got SKY Freesat, but it's just stopped working. I don't know what to do?

Should I pay Ј65 to have an engineer come out or upgrade to SKY TV as it's free for an engineer to come out then?

• What does "stopped working" mean? Whats the issue?
• Most or perhaps all the same channels are available on Freeview on your TV
  Every tv made in the last 5/10 years has Freeview built in....
• A Freesat box would work on the same coaxial cable as the Sky box, it uses the same satellite.
• How do we know a freesat box will work, when we have no idea what is wrong with the current installation?
