A question about : Sky

Can someone please tell me the Customer Service number for SKY as I want to get a better deal. I am paying Ј37.50 for that i am getting the variety package, landline included though don't use the landline and unlimited wi-fi which is slow.

Any useful tips would also be welcome.

  If you are still in your minimum term you have no chance of negotiating.
  WiFi speed is variable. Is the speed quicker with a wired connection?
• Or use the online chat facility.
• But you do use the landline-how do you think your broadband signal is delivered?
  The best deals will require you to request your MAC and be put through to retentions-the first tier support have very little authority to hand out the goodies. Make sure you have a 'better' rival offer to get them to match or better.
