It is sooooooo slow to load!

I'm aware here were technical difficulties today.

A question about : Clumsy thumbs and spam reporting.

I often find myself unintentionally hitting the report spam button when scrolling on my phone. I can't be the only one right?

Could a do you really mean this tab be introduced?

A question about : MSE Energy club threshold not including cancellation fees

I got an email saying my threshold had been met and it was time to switch.

However when working out if the threshold has been reached it is failing to including the cancellation fee I would incur from my current supplier, even though you know it as you list it in my current details.

Once that has been included the threshold has not been reached so surely the notification email should not have been sent out?
