A question about : SCAM

Hi, I've never used this forum before so hope someone can help. I did see a similar thread but as it's a different product I thought I'd make a new thread.

I have also been through a similar scam to the ketone one for a free trial for Slimgenix Pro & EXF Cleanse and they've taken Ј94.99 then a few 29p out of my account for their newsletters.

What's more annoying is I came across this 'free trial' through Cosmopolitan's website on a review of 'pure garcinia cambogia plus' so I trusted it. I now can't find the site

I don't think I have a leg to stand on though as I didn't cancel within 14 days (didn't know I had to and I was a bit confused when two full bottles arrived) BUT I didn't receive any emails with T&Cs included from them and it's a bit funny how I received order confirmations for everything stating the costs i.e. Ј2.99 P&P, 99p 'insurance' the 29p news letters even stated at the bottom that they were charging me 29p for that email BUT I never received any email to advise they'd be charging me Ј94.99 or I'd have been straight on the phone!

It was only when I went to use my card and it was declined that I realised they'd taken money out of my account.

I am waiting on the manager to call me back within 48hr because none of the call handlers are helpful in the slightest, in fact one said we have been nice and only charged you the Ј94.99 for one bottle instead of two!!

I was looking for any advice on what to say to the manager if and when he/she calls? I'm a (working) lone parent and skint at the best of times and this has just floored me!
