A question about : Satander Direct ISA

I opened a Santander Direct ISA last year in the new financial year, and will be expecting them to reduce the interest rate in a couple of months. Have not received any official notification via the post regarding the interest rate drop. Has anyone else received their letters?, or is it not policy now to send people a letter? Thanks!

• I've just had a letter regarding reduced rate wef 30/3/15 on balances over 25K in the "ISA Saver." The letter suggests the "Direct ISA Saver" as an alternative with rates of 1.3% for 123 customers and 1% for others.
  They do not advise any change to the Direct ISA Saver rate.
• Just realised I misspelt Santander on the thread title!. I know the interest rate on my Direct ISA (Issue 6) will drop soon, but I can't get a straight answer out of them. They claim 1st March it will be drop, but that's not the 12 months as stated in one of the terms and conditions.
