A question about : SAR, the organisation took the fee but never send the info
Hello All
Could you please put me in right direction.
I made a Subject Access Request to the organisation. They asked for a fee, which I provided. But after they said they are not going send anything as I suppose to have everything they got on me already.
I reminded them twice that they still were required to comply with the law and provide me with the info I asked. But nothing!
Anything I need to do before I complain to the ICO?
Many thanks
Best answers:
- Has the time limit for them responding elapsed?
- OP, the organisation has 40 days to respond to your SAR: if that's passed, you can then flag it to the ICO, who may record a section 10 (I think) breach on them.
