• Poor wee soul, what I wouldn't do to the *******'* that let her get in to that condition. I wonder if there's any puppy farms in that area seeing as Bichons are a favourite of the puppy farmers.
• I find some of the things RSPCA have done to peoples healthy pets more disturbing.
