Newbie here looking for some advice please.

Around 2 months ago I received a letter from Robinson way about a debt. I sent them a prove it letter and they have sent the following back.

A cover letter that says they are collecting on behalf of Moorgate Loan Servicing (ex MBNA) and they remain the legel owners.

A photocopy of a CCA dated October 04 with an address from that time. There is a photocopy of the same CCA with out a signature or date. Then a copy CCA terms and conditions with a different address on.

Any advice would be appreciated.

  If so, when was the last time you paid or acknowledged that account in writing?
• Yes it is mine, At the time of the first letter I wasn't sure.
  Bit of background. I ran into difficulties back in 2009. I entered in to a long term payment plan with MBNA who took the payment by DD almost 3 years ago they stopped taking this payment and I have not heard from them since.
  I really want to get this sorted. However I cant afford to clear the balance.
