A question about : Rights of dental nurse trainee

Hi- my daughter ia a dental nurse trainee at a large NHS practice- and is - in my opinion being treated very unfairly.
1) As Part of her contract is she is expected to work in other practices in the group (the practice provides transport there and back). That is fine- but very often they forget to organise transport back and is stranded miles from home (she lives in Nottingham and this happened in Leicester last time!!!) She then has to wait for them to organise a driver and gets home at say 8:30 pm when she finished at 5:30pm!!
2) She has to phone in before 6:30 am if she is ill that day- eg today she woke up in a lot of pain but thought she would be able to see it off with some painkillers- but is in agony (currently in A&E) They rang her back and said that is ok for this time but she will be expected to go in if it happens again because she didn't phone before 6:30 ???
They seem to have no respect for her- or the other dental nurses and their work/life balance.
Is there a governing body that would include her rights as an employee of this practice that she could talk to as talking to the managers gets her nowhere and she lives in fear of losing her job.

Kind regards

Kirsty
