A question about : Review of payments

I've been receiving the same amount of money per week from my ex since 2008.

Is there some sort of review date for payments or is it something that needs to be sorted out between us?

I had a look on the CSA website but it doesn't say much.

• You have to ask the CSA to do a reassessment.

  You would need to contact CSA and ask that they re-assess the NRP. This will go from the date it is requested by you and will not be backdated.
  If the CSA then make a new assessment which you believe is not correct you have to ask the CSA to consider a variation. you can apply for a variation under income not taken into account, lifestyle inconsistant, assets and deprevation on income.
  If this variation is refused you would then need to appeal.
  Hopefully you will receive a better asessment just by requesting a review.
