A question about : Replacement of concrete lintels and sills

I've obtained a quote of Ј1700 for the replacement of two concrete over lintels and three concrete window sills.

This is a terraced house so the lintels/sills are fairly small and with no curvature.

Once removed, the 3 sills would be boxed first by a joiner and the concrete poured in to make new ones.
