A question about : reduction on central heating installation????

Hi there,
I have finally managed to convince my grandad that central heating may be okay after all, and that he doesn't have to live in a freezing cold house

What I want to know is: can pensioners get reductions on central heating installation? I had mine done and it cost me Ј3000, which is alot of money for pensioners like my grandad, but if he was able to get a discount for being in his 80s then I would spend less time worrying about him being cold!
