I took the recent bt deal for phone, bb and tv with Ј30 cashback... But can't find how to claim the cashhback.

• No I didn't ask BT as it was an mse blagged deal, so though this website.
  I am the refund king but this isn't really a refund.... More that I'm stupid and can't find the info.
