• Reviews would be great. And i don't think you need to write well to do them - i wouldnt worry just say what you think. Where did you see the 'linkage' with alvin. I find that quite amusing, and am gonna e-mail him with the link if i can find it

• Chalk and cheese quite right. Which is why i thought he'd find it funny. Having worked together, while we have some major differences in money philosophy he is a nice bloke - and has some amazing stories.
