  Do you have Norton or anything else like that running on your computer that might be blocking some ad links? My brother had the same problem the other day and Norton seemed to be the culprit - he's now using AVG instead. There's also a section in the Quidco help that might help:

• I have applied for an Alliance and Leicester bank account through Quidco when it was showing at Ј50. I got accepted and have sent my application back. It is still showing as Ј0, but it is now saying you only get Ј30 for opening an account.
  Will the Ј50 be honoured? And does anyone know how long it takes for the Ј0 to change to the correct amount? Does it depend on when they process the application form.

  Re Alliance & Leicester - apparently Quidco posted the A & L system can't cope with having two referral rates, so it causes problems when people have them tracked at one rate and then it subsequantly changes. They do say you should eventually be paid at the correct rate when you opened it, regardless of what it has changed to.
  I have one that I opened at the £50 rate, and its tracked and validated at £30 with an enquiry "processed" for the missing £20.
  The OH opened his when it was £30, and he's had a £30 and a £50 both validated....? There are also some zero amounts floating around as well.
  Work that out!
  And my Jackpot joy I opened yesterday has tracked at £0.00 with no problem.

  I'm interested in taking out the Lloyds TSB car insurance but the Quidco link takes you to home insurance page. To get to the car insurance you have to use the 'back' button on the Lloyds TSB site, does anyone know if this will still track successfully? Thanks.
• ROXIE .. here's a really quick response !!.. I fell on that yesterday and emailed quido to double check it was ok .... here's their response received last night .
  Click on their logo to go to their homepage and then choose either car
  or insurance. That should track fine but please remember to clear your
  cookies before logging into quidco.
• Thank you pennymakespounds. I didn't want to miss out on the Ј90 for taking out their car insurance, its equivalent to me getting almost six months free insurance!
