• wackojackouk - Every month we send out all of the new enquiries to the merchants as well as all of the outstanding enquiries. So we don't stop chasing anything until we finally have a resolution (good or bad) from the merchant. We're sort of like a pitbull - we don't let go once we've clamped on I have confidence that these will be sorted yet, but believe me it's very annoying for us also (and a huge administrative headache).

  On the description page it says "You will need to fill out a manual earnings enquiry claim for this merchant". However, I have an entry on my earnings page saying this has been tracked. It does say Ј0 but does this mean that I don't have to submit an earnings enquiry?

• You could always try and submit an enquiry - it'll tell you if you need to wait longer.
• maxoncrack - The A&L current account offer is still valid as far as I know.
  Kazzea - That's what it looks like. All the network says is a depositing player and then points to that link which indicates $50 deposit.
  ROOSTER00 - I suspect that the final Ј50 may not track in to your member account which is why the manual claim is needed. I suppose we'll see what happens there.
