A question about : Problems opening template letters on the site?
If you're trying to open any of the template letters on the site this is probably due to the letters being saved as RTF files. We save files in this format so that they can be opened in all different types of work processing software. If they don't open on your pc, here are a few things you can try:1. Save the template letter onto you computer, then open your word processing program and open the letter from within that software.
2. If you have a Windows PC, go to My Computer, Files, Folder Options, File Types and find RTF in the list. Click the 'Change...' button and select your word processing software to open RTF files.
