A question about : Problems with Mutual Points

I raised an issue with mutual points as I had not received my rewards. I logged in an checked a few days ago but since then have been unable to login? To be sure I asked for a password reminder but that has not arrived either? anyone else having problems?

  • Wont accept my details either when I log in. I am using correct details as its done with roboform
    The password did not match our records.
  • I can log in but my balance has reset to zero....
    lets hope it's just a bug!
  • Still cant log in today & still no sign of cheque or reply to my query.
    Just looked on their facebook page, seems its happening to a lot of people since November last year so its not a temporary bug
  • I cannot log in nor have I received the password reminder. The reward emails are still coming but the Ј20 for 3000 points that I requested at the end of December has not arrived. It took me close on two years so I hope I do receive it.
  • They did put a message on a few days ago saying they were having problems but its now disappeared & still not working. I still haven't received my money & still cant log on. A couple of people have left messages on their facebook page but they are not responding
  • Glad I'm not the only one then.
    I ordered about Ј65 worth of points to be paid in Paypal middle of December, making sure my Paypal details were all correct.
    Now, I can't get onto the site - I've asked for my password to be sent to me on a number of occasions and I've yet to receive a password reset email.
    Very frustrating!
  • Ive not been able to log in for a few weeks and no password reminders sent .
    Tonight was the first time I saw an error message and that they were working on repairing the error.
    I got my paypal reward requested in Mid November after i think around five weeks.
    Hopefully it'll be back up running soon
  • Just thought I'd let you all know that the site seems to be back up and running again.
    I've managed to get my password sent to me and I've also raised a ticket for my points which i'm waiting to be paid for.
    Hope we all get our issues sorted.

  • I know there's another thread, but I just wanted to let folks on here know that I have just logged in again to my account and noticed that my rewards now have a processed date next to them.
    Looks like it was processed yesterday, so fingers crossed those who are waiting for pennies get theirs soon.
