A question about : Problem with 18866

Can anyone help me with a problem. I have tried to register 3 times online with 18866 and all occasions it is acknowledged by 18866 as being successful. I have then waited for the e mail confirmation which never arrives. Also, 18866 does not work on my landline.

The problem is two fold;

1) I cannot get registered.
2) I cannot contact 18866 to try and discuss the problem.

Does anyone know how I can sort this problem, mainly by trying to contact them to discuss the issues.

  • Several people seem to have had this problem and it was solved by registering with a mobile number. Once your confirmation is received you can then change your details and add your land line.

  • If you haven't received 'Subscription confirmation' and 'Thank you for submitting your query' e-mails (the wording of the latter, below, may be of use to you), you have not been successfully registered.
    They do not have a telephone Call Centre so your only option is to communicate by e-mail (from their website).
