A question about : Praise

I've discovered a new website called streetlife.

It's brill you sign up on your postcode and you are connected to lots of people from the same road, area. It's a great way of finding local things out and also a good way of talking to new people in the area.

It's basically like MSE where everyone lives a few minutes from each other (which probably wouldn't be a good thing for this site!)

I can't praise the site enough!

• I have to say I too absolutely have nothing for praise for my local faction. I opportunely discovered the site weeks before moving into a totally new area and it has proved invaluable for so many reasons: from getting free packing boxes to getting handymen recommendations and even local jobs.
• Likewise its a useful site for many .
• Yes, it has potential but be aware that you can't post anything critical on the classified ads (without permission of the originator, which isn't going to happen). Therefore, all responses will be positive and possibly unrepresentative.
• I have joined too. Someone posted offering webinars about making money at home, and this turned out to be MLM. Nothing useful to me so far, but it does seem a good idea and may be useful in the future.
• Similarly, somebody invited locals to try some skincare products. It was an attempt to lure them into Arbonne, another MLM company.
