A question about : PPI Success story

Hi, i just thought i would share that after an account i opened in 1999 and then was sold to a DCA in 2002 and who i have been paying since 2003 Ј10.00 per month i filed a claim with the issuer last month via letter for Ј153.00 back in PPI charges, they have today sent me a letter saying they are refunding me Ј260.00 inc interest BUT crediting to my account so hummmm not sure how that will work out,

they do dispute my claim for Ј700 for charges however they admit that they reduced their charges in 2002 so i am gonna go back and fight for this.

there is hop on the horizon!! i am also writing to 2 other CC issuers for debts that i have with DCA to claim back that PPI
