A question about : PPI I urge do it yourself

Around two years ago we signed up with fair trade who was able to get our ppi refunded. When we realised how much ppi we had been sold over the years by Lloyds we felt let down as we had regular meetings with our financial advisor. As a consequence of this we challenged our financial advisor as why we had not been informed of ppi, They denied knowing this information an said it was not on the computer.
We complained to LLoyds that we had been misinformed and as a result paid Ј7K to Fair trade. Had we been told of the ppi we could have done it ourselves.
We sent this complaint to the FSA who were sympathetic but unable to assist because we had signed an agreement with Fair Trade
We have finally had our last ppi upheld. Fair Trade informed us before the FSA or bank and are now waiting for there cut 25% plus vat. I have told them that when I have paid them I want the contract terminated and proof of this in writing. They have said they will do this but if at later date the bank find that they had made a mistake I will still be required to pay their cut

Please think carefully about signing with this company or any other as it is not only the bank that is robbing you .

Does anyone know that if in the future any more ppi or other bank claims become evident will I still be held by the
agreement
Shame on banks and shame on fair trade
