A question about : plusnet deal/u wont get

ok are phone & broadband where up for renewal & hearing good things about plusnet i decided to go with them,i see a deal on here where you got 6months free broadband 70cashback so i went ahead through the link on this site got to end & had to pay deposit no problem so hit the accept button & to our amszement the the figures change in the bill to more,i called plusnet straight away i explained what had happened & the chap said he would sort it out,he told me for some reason the system had given me the basic account,i did get a refund for 1month broadband but from then on i had to pay for it & i heard nothing about the cashback,so emailed them god knows how many times then i get an email telling me they had listerned to the call & because i didnt mention cashback in call i wouldnt get it & that because i had gone through this site you were responsible to pay it,i calle again spent two hours on the phone was told martin lewis site wasnt meant to sell that deal, i find that hard to beleive & again contact martin lewis for cashback,but in the call they did admit this wasnt the first case of this happening it had happened many times but theres nothing they can do,ive found their customer service useless i asked for account to be cancelled to them then adding the 6month broadband for free but they still say talk to martin lewis,now ive emailed this site to see whats going on but i got a response more about the EE voucher,so what do i do? title=Frown
