A question about : PlusNet Amazon Gift Voucher offer

Hi
Has anyone else experienced problems with receiving their promised vouchers form their recent promotion?

I was offered Ј50 in Amazon vouchers to stay with them in November, yet despite raising the question many times on their help and support pages and with their customer service dept they simply don't answer me and my vouchers have never been forthcoming.

Any advice on what i can do next?

    Sorry to hear of the problems getting your vouchers. Can you let me know a way to identify your account so I can see what's going on?
    The easiest way to do this is to visit https://contactus.plus.net and copy a question or ticket ID as a response to me.
