Pip Form extentsion

A question about : Pip Form extentsion

Hi,

I was awarded Pip in November 2013 with the end date of January 2016.

On the 2nd of February i received the form to fill in again which seems a bit soon and it had to be returned by 28th. I phoned my CPN and arranged to come and see her that week and she would help me fill it in. Unfortunately my appointment for that week was cancelled and since then she has been off sick. They hoped she would be back today but when I spoke to the office today they said maybe she would be back Wednesday but not 100% sure.

Now in complete panic re the form, I phone citizens advice who will only help fill in forms at appointments not drop in sessions and their first appointment is in a fortnight. They helped me fill in the form initially but they don't have the copy they seem to have lost it.

Have no money on my phone so can't phone the 0845 number does anyone know the 0345 number and any ideas how they will be on extending the time to fill it in ?

Also I would really like my CPN to write some sort of supporting evidence to go with the form.

• You can in principle post them a letter in the SAE provided asking for an extension of the time - noting what efforts you've taken and why it's likely to be late.
  And why it's reasonable for you to ask for an extension.
