A question about : paypal chargeback
Hi guys
A buyer has done a chargeback on me. unauthorised use of card.
I sent the item via myhermes and tracking shows as delivered.
Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to upload to win ths dispute?
Thankyou in advance
Best answers:
- 99% of sellers dont win no matter what
upload tracking info and if it shows delivered take a screenshot of that and upload it also - ps i had a chargeback against me yesterday also
- You dont get a proof of postage with myhermes like you do with royal mail.
Hence why I am stuck with what to do. - If you type the tracking number in it doesnt show the postcode or address.
It just shows as delivered. - Spam reported
- As has been said, proof of posting is all that is needed to defend this chargeback. Hermes do give receipts, I get them daily.
If you don't have it, add the tracking, screenshots of delivery and order along with any correspondence you've had with the buyer.
