nPower

A question about : nPower

So I recently switched gas to nPower sicne they were (unfortunately) the cheapest by a fair way. They've now asked me to submit opening meter readings but I can't - the online form keeps asking me for both gas and electricity readings even though they aren't supplying my electricity.

Anyone else had this issue? Can't believe their brand new online system is still problematic.

• On some tariffs companies will not supply gas only - they insist you take electricity as well. Could this be the case with NPower?
• nPower have a lot of system problems. This doesn't surprise me. If necessary, you'll have to phone them. Thankfully, it doesn't usually take too long to get through to a person.
