A question about : A little help please ?...
Hello,
I am wondering if there is anything I can do in this situation....
Im getting charged PPI on my Barclaycard credit card and im pretty sure I didnt want this.I've asked them to look into it and i've received a letter saying they have requested the relevant documents so they can check. Can I claim these charges back if I didnt want PPI ?
My main question is what rights have I got if they have unlawfully charged me PPI ? The first time I got it it put me over my limit and charges(that i have reclaimed) snowballed. But i must have lost out with interest etc . ITS TOO CONFUSING FOR A SIMPLETON LIKE ME !!
Thanks for any help !!

- If it's been put on without your permission ( and don't take their word for it if they say you agreed to it,ask for the documents) they should refund all PPI payments plus interest.
