A question about : Past Due Credit Solutions?
Accidentally opened a letter, addressed to a previous tenant.
Turns out it's from Past Due Credit Solutions, regarding Ј11-odd due to Sky TV.
Is it worth resealing and returning it, marked NOT AT THIS ADDRESS?
Best answers:
- Yes. They will eventually get the message as it costs them to get them returned.
Done it a few times and the letters get less frequent. - Thanks for that.
I'll pop it in the post box, on the way to work tomorrow. - Just got another letter from them.
Haven't opened this one, but I know it's them, because the return address is the same.
PO Box 3104
Glasgow
G60 9AT - Just make sure they don't get your phone number though..
- I don't just put "RETURN TO SENDER".
I put "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS"
The last time I rang a DCA (in that case it was Wescott), to tell them the addressee didn't live at my address, they got really stroppy, and wouldn't listen.
I ended up hanging up on them.
It'll be better for my blood pressure (not to mention my mobile phone charges), if I just keep sending them back. - write in red felt tip across the letter no he does not. put in in an addressed but not stamped envelope. repeat every time they send a letter.
