- I think this will do better on the Employment board, so I'll move it over there.
MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
We move threads if we think they'll get more help elsewhere (please read the forum rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.
An exercise is likely to be a practical test to assess how you perform in situations you might face at work. As an administrator, I've used prioritising exercises - a list of things you have to do, what order do you approach them in? - as well as practical things like writing a letter or setting up a simple spreadsheet.
But at Barnardos, you might come across children and / or parents and carers, so there might be a scenario related to that - a child in the office, an unexpected visit from an adult.
But the whole point is that if they wanted you to prepare, they'd have given more information.
