A question about : texaco credit card credit limits
Does anyone have experience with the Texaco card with regard to credit limits? I have about 7k I would like to transfer to the 3.9% for life offer. I could tart about with cards but to be honest it will be so much easier long term for me to just stick it on a low life of balance card and then snip the card and gradually pay it off. And after trying the MINT card and getting a quite frankly pathetic 1.2k credit limit offer I shredded the app form.
As a guide I have the following:
8k limit on MBNA
6.6k limit on EGG (empty)
5k limit on Lloyds (empty and limit was reduced by myself on the phone so could be higher)
Also Experian gave me a credit ratig of 942 (I know it isn't gospel but does give an idea)
Obviously 7k is quite a bit of cc debt and I only have myself to blame but if I can get it at 3.9% for life it will be preferential to a loan as I have a lower APR and also the flexibility to pay off more or less depending on finances in a given month.
Thanks in advance
