A question about : sse airtricity
Has anyone joined up with these people, or know anything about them? I was apprehended in Tesco the other day with a rep trying to get me to sign up - there and then!! - but I told him I would rather take home his little leaflet and read it at home. Any opinions?? Thanks.
Best answers:
- Been with them almost a year now, no problems, on keypad which was the cheapest rate around at the time.
There`s a comparison table online somewhere to check. - We were with Airtricity for 3 years, no major hassle but lots of small niggles, problems with their app for submitting readings, bills arriving priced in Euros, try to pay in Euros and the bill went up to the equivelent in Ј, unanswered Emails. Now back with Power NI.
- Been with them around 3 years
No issues at all. - Was with them for two years, a few small niggles and their customer service was very poor. Now with Budget, customer service is better but still not great.
- I was with them a few years ago and there were a few admin issues but I'm told they've pulled their socks up a bit. We got door-knocked last week and I've signed up - Ј40 free credit up front and guaranteed cheaper than Power NI for 12 months. Will look at it again then.
- They're cheapest supplier for a year then when that year is up Electric Ireland is cheapest.
- Been with them just over 2 years, no issues at all..
