A question about : New sky customer

Hi guys, so i just signed up for a 12 month sky contact with the following package:

Family
sports
sky3D
skyHD
free HD box and a 100 quid m&s voucher.

Total monthly cost:Ј48.37 (for 12 months)
Cost without discount :Ј62.75

The bloke i haggled with in online chat gave me 25% off the TV component for 12 months, which i thought was ok, but seeing some of the deals people are getting on renewals i'm not so sure if i did infact get a good deal here?

Would be interested to see what other people think of this deal?

• It's around 25%, which is exactly what I posted in the other thread 2 minutes ago.
• Thanks for the replies chaps. I actually ended up calling back and they offered me 50% off for 12 months, which was nice.
• when I cancelled Tv in October they offered me 30% discount which I declined and said I wanted 75%. Was then offered 50% and I refused. within a week I get an email offering me 60% and Ј100 bill credit. I accepted this offer
