A question about : New Garmin
Hi I have used a Garmin 205 for a number of years but have lost it and I am on the hunt for a new one. I called into Sweatshop and they said that tomtom was now competing with Garmin.
I don't need to download my times onto a pc and I did not use many of the facilities on the Garmin nor did I use the heart rate monitor. I am basically looking for my total time, distance and run average and other basic information.
Should I stick with the basic garmin forerunner 10 (about Ј90) or try a tomtom? There is little difference in price (perhaps about Ј10).
Thanks

- Have you looked at the free app STRAVA. it gives you time, distance, maps your run, average speed, graphs terrain and changing pace.
- Check sainsburys they had garmin 10 for around 59.99 and car phone warehouse
