A question about : New Crown Currency Exchange Board / Action Group

We’ve set up this board to effectively form a support group and keep all crown discussions in one place.

Please remember though just because the company is insolvent, doesn’t mean defamation laws don’t apply. If you see any defamatory comments (or other abuse) please report them to abuse at moneysavingexpert dot com.

MSE is currently in the process of hiring an insolvency practitioner (based on users requests) to write a report looking into what legal rights people have within the process and anything that can be done.

We’ll update with more info on that in MSE news, and a discussion link here so people can feed into the practitioner.
