new cooker

A question about : new cooker

Hi all! We are needing a new cooker and don't know whether to go for electric, gas or duel fuel(ie electric oven ,gas rings)I love baking by the way!
Any advice much appreciated! xx

  My cooker needed replacing about a month ago, and I found myself in the same position as you are now.
  I opted for the total gas option (having previously only used electric). After using the electric hob for a little over two weeks, I can safely say that I will NEVER change to electric hob again. With the instant heat and temperature change, I love the control I have. Everything is prepared so much faster and I'm getting used to stir-fry dishes,which just can't be done properly on electric.
  I'm sorry I can't help you more with regard to the oven. I haven't really used it very often so far. My previous cooker was a very good fan-assisted one, and I don't bake often (OK, only in December), but all in all, I'm very happy with my new gas applicance.
