A question about : New! Avatar (user profile image) choices

Hi everyone

As part of the Forum redesign we've given some choices of image for your avatar (the graphic/image you choose to show when you post on the forum).

If you take a look at your avatar settings you should be able to see them.

Let us know below if you try them and have any problems changing them.

• "Pick one of ours" was a really bad idea.
  I'd prefer members to be without an avatar than to resort to this option.
• Of all the things that need doing on the forum redesign, this has to be the stupidist idea going
  What happened to all the suggestions that were put forward on the thread asking for suggestions?
  I sure as hell don't remember seeing any mention of this dumb idea
• I'm with Torbrex on this - avatars have never been an issue on MSE, and it was a waste of someone's time making this change.

• Only 11 posts in and we have 2 people with the same Avatar.
  I usually recognise people by their Avatar, not their username so I'm going to have problems!
• Which is what an Avatar is supposed to be... an ID.
  Forcing people to have the same ones will be pointless.

• I must admit that seeing the same avatar(s) over and over on multiple users is getting more than a touch annoying.

  Avatars are another form of ID, not just a pretty picture.
