• A while ago I heard this haiku on the radio. It's an ode to e-books and Kindle:
  Electronic books
  Disembodied in the cloud
  Sad not to hold one
  I have no idea who wrote it, I think it was just a listener, but I can relate to it. I much prefer printed books to reading something on a screen!

• Here is one of my favourites:

• Our local radio afternoon DJ decided to do his Top 5 at 5 feature based on finding rhymes to the lyric in the Robin Thicke song that goes: What rhymes with hug me?
  My suggestion was "These chuggers bug me".

  And little one wanted a pig.
