A question about : National Express

Book online tickets with National express yesterday, inserted details of my card but got rejected for some reason, the put in details of another care and not ticket showed it said this has been paid for do not know what is happening no ticket and 2 cards details, tried to phone National express no one answers email but no reply, is this unusual.

  • Thank you for reply I have tried phone number but no one answers, also at bottom it say 10p minute to phone hung one for over an hr no one answers.
  • No one seems to answer that number, real pain. I will have to wait until tomorrow and see what happens...
