Whats the best way for her to spend while shes working abroad. She works from march to october

• Halifax Clarity in the mainstream. Kalixa Pay for prepaid.
  Perhaps the 'more info' should have included her locations.
• If she lives in the London area and works in Europe, she could also consider opening a current account with Metro Bank and get paid into that.
  They offer a fee-free debit card for purchases and cash withdrawals in most European countries (all SEPA countries I think). Outside Europe it's not as good as Clarity or Kalixa, but probably still better than other cards.
